Description: The house is located at Earl & Division, literally a 2 minute walk from campus and right down the street from the Brass and Ale.
It is in great condition, hard wood floors and a skylight in the bathroom.
The room availible is the largest in the house, with two large south-facing windows and a good sized closet! It can come either fully furnished or I can remove my furniture if you prefer.
The house has a washer/dryer included and we have a housekeeper come once a month to clean the common areas (included in rent)!
You will be living with 3 other third-year girls, who are very friendly and respectful!
