Description: One room is available in our large home in lower Allston; available November 7th but we have a guest room, so move in date can be earlier (or later). There are two women and one man staying, of which two are young professionals and one is a graduate student. The house is located on a quiet, residential street with a yard and (permit-free) on-street parking. Minutes from the Mass Pike and Storrow Drive, 10 minute walk to the 57 bus and Green B line, 20 minute walk to Harvard Sq. on the Red Line, 6 minute walk to the 501 (downtown express), 64, 70, 70A, 86, and 66 buses. The house is cat friendly, and there is already one cat in the house. The house is three stories with four bedrooms plus a guest room, 1.5 bathrooms, living room, game room, large kitchen and ample basement storage. Washer and dryer on the property (free). The house atmosphere is generally laid back, music friendly, clean and fun with a little throw down every now and again. Smoking is allowed, but cigarettes must be smoked outside. Utilities usually average $100 per month (they are not included).
