Aaron and I would definitely be interested if we weren't locked in a lease. :) $900 isn't a bad price for the area and amenities.

We could probably vacate during the last week of December so that you could move in, but I'm afraid that is the earliest possible date. If that works for you, please let me know and we'll set up a showing.
