Description: This one bedroom condo is on the 26th (top) floor, giving great views to SE (photo with couch & chair) & SW (photo, bedroom) facing windows. It is also fully furnished, though you can feel free to decorate as you like! Condo association dues cover heat and basic cable as well as all maintenance for the building. You pay electric (about $35/month on budget plan) and phone. There is a rooftop deck on the 27th floor (partial floor, not above this unit) with two grills, tables and chairs - again, a great view (photo). The floor below has offices, so this unit is very quiet with no neighbors above or below. Separate bike storage room ($5/month). Electronic key entrance to building, to floor, and to unit, security person at building entrance - this is a safe and secure building. Parking is available for an extra fee per month, and is in a covered, heated, underground garage. The building is also on the skyway providing easy, comfortable access to all of downtown from location at 7th Street and 5th Avenue.
