Description: Second-floor fully-furnished bedroom in a beautiful 6-bedroom home at 682 Johnson st. The house is a 10-15 minute walk from campus and includes a large garage, driveway, and an enormous double-lot back yard. The main floor of the house is all shared living space and includes large open-concept living and dining rooms (with a piano), as well as a modern kitchen with maple cabinets and tile floors.
The bedroom I am subletting is on the second floor. It includes a desk, bed, dresser, and closet, and shares a bathroom with three others.
The other 5 occupants (3 female, 2 male) go to Queen's and are studying arts, science, and engineering. They are liberal minded, queer-positive and come from diverse backgrounds. We use a chore schedule to keep the house clean but are very laid back. We watch a lot of movies and have friends over occasionally, but it is generally quiet enough for studying etc.

Rent is negotiable.
