Why? One of our housemates has recently moved to London so we are looking for a student to rent the double room.

Description: Where? The house is a 10 minute walk from the Uni of Glamorgan situated in a quieter student rental area. It is close to local shops and also walking distance to Ponty town, Treforest and Pontypridd train stations.
The House: As student rooms go, the room is pretty large. A double bed, large desk and wardrobe are already in the room. The large bay window ensures the room is airy and bright. The house in general is modern and easy to maintain. There is also a back garden with BBQ area.
Housemates: Living at the property there is a male student and myself (both early 20's) We are both fairly quiet and tidy. A 2nd or 3rd year student looking for a quiet house to study in would find it ideal.
With 3 tenants the bills average £45 each a month. This includes water, gas and electric, tv licence, Virgin TV and wireless broadband. As a student the rent is £48 a week and paid termly and the bond is £250.
The House is a must see... certainly not your typical students digs...
