Description: The room for rent is in a quiet town home community right in the middle of the Cool Springs area. Amenities include a large bedroom with a walk-in closet, shared (with one roommate) bathroom with separated sink area, half bathroom downstairs, washer/dryer, large kitchen with dishwasher, huge freshly painted living room, large enclosed deck, full attic and storage shed. You are welcome to paint the bedroom and bathroom. Rent is $350 a month with utilities (water, sewer, cable/internet and electricity) never more that $100 each (and that’s only in the middle of the winter).
We are two professionals in our mid-twenties. The girl you would be sharing a bathroom works nights, so sharing has never been an issue. We are both pretty laid back, but like a clean house. We each have a cat, one is two years old and extremely mellow and one is a super sweet kitten. We are okay with another cat in the house as long as they get along.
We are looking for someone that is in their mid-twenties with good morals. We would prefer someone that already has a full time job. Someone who will help keep common areas clean and contribute to common household items would be ideal. You can move in by the end of November or possibly sooner. We would love to find a sweet, considerate and respectful girl to live with us!
