Description: Position Title: Sales Associate - Technology

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Duration/Terms: Permanent/Full-Time

Salary/Contract Rate: 30,000/yr. + bonus and/or commissions


Position Description:

MTM Technologies, Inc., a leading national technology solutions provider, is seeking an entry-level inside salesperson with the primary goal of uncovering MTM opportunities and setting face-to-face meeting for Senior Account Executives. The position will entail calling into hot, warm, and cold leads.

The ideal candidate will have some experience with phone sales, as heavy outbound calling will be integral to success in the role. The ability to handle rejection as well as a substantial amount of dedication, persistence, and persuasiveness are essential. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to move into a senior role with unlimited earning potential.

Position Responsibilities:
-Heavy outbound calling (75 – 100+ calls per day)
-Accurate documentation of call information
-Communication with Senior Account Executives to ensure Lead Generation
-Follow up with customers and clients

Experience Required:
-Bachelor’s Degree
-0 – 2 years of sales experience
-Desire and passion to succeed. Candidate must be energetic, competitive, and aggressive.

Desired Experience:
-Technology Sales Experience
-Leadership experience – Fraternity/Sorority, Sports, Clubs, Organizations, etc.
