There is a coat closet off the entrance, a linen closet off of the bathroom, separate dining room, and the apartment is carpeted except in the bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen has a dishwasher, gas range and refrigerator. The apartment is 829sq ft. It is close to the airport, the complex has tennis courts, a swimming pool and a basketball court. The police regularly patrol the area and it is a safe community. Neighbors aren't loud. Haven't had any issues with pests. The lease is to the end of February 2010. You would have to the the utilities, gas & electric, transferred to your name. The water is included in the rent. No pets are allowed.
