Description: Our place is a very spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom brick townhome just outside the mile radius and only about 5 minutes from Wrightsville Beach. It features a large kitchen (big enough for all of us to cook in at the same time comfortably), walk-in closets, and a fenced-in back patio that is great for grilling out. Also, all of the bedrooms have ceiling fans, and the kitchen/living room areas are already furnished. We are looking for a preferably non-smoking, mature female to move in with us. We would like someone who is laid back but also willing to help us keep the place generally cleaned up.
Also, you must tolerate/like dogs. Sandy is a very loving 35-pound Golden Retriever/Cocker Spaniel mix who loves lying in front of the fireplace and watching for lizards at the back door!
