One bedroom is complete with closet and is right next to the bathroom and is being rented at $550/month, the other is a converted den so it does not have its own closet and is being rented at $500/month. The house community areas (living room/kitchen) are fully furnished and all utilities (except for cable/internet) are included in rent!!! All appliances are in excellent condition. This is a very clean, well taken care of home with great views of Tucson and the Catalina Mountains! We are looking for leases of at least 6 months, and first and last month's rent as well as a $400 safety deposit will be due at time of lease signing. Rooms are ready for move in immediately.
