Description: My roomie and I are two mid-twenty professionals looking for a Godly female to room with us. We are currently renting a 3 bdrm, 2.5 bath Townhome in Cool Springs. We also have two cats: one who is 2 years old and ridiculously mellow, one who is a kitten and super cute.
We are both very laid back and easy-going... we do have a couple expectations: cleanliness of public areas (doing your part to help out including purchasing needed supplies once in a while) and basic common sense respect. Of course these could be discussed further when we meet you...
THE ROOM AVAILABLE is a pretty good size. It's bigger than my room and smaller than the master... it's got a walk-in closet, and you'll be sharing a bathroom with me. I'm an overnight worker, so my schedule will rarely conflict with your's (unless you are one as well). My roomie works for a preschool nearby too and works pretty normal hours.
RENT: $350 per month + utilities (h20, sewer, electric, comcast-cable/internet) The cost total usually goes about $430ish per month total... NEVER more than $450 max though...it's rare for that.
AVAILABLE: end of November...you can move in sooner most likely.
