Direct Sales Representative (DSR)
Locations:
Scranton, PA
State College, PA
Williamsport, PA
Harrisburg, PA
Reading, PA
Compensation & Perks:
• Positions: Winback, Sweep, MPR: 23-28K Base Salary + Commission; Total Comp=60-80K(sales goals can be exceeded since there is no cap on commission)
•No cap on earnings

•No mileage allowance
Work schedule/hours:
•Work a five day work week(Monday-Friday); 2:30pm – 8:30pm
•Must show flexibility for Saturday hours when necessary.
•Sales meetings are three days a week at 11am(time varies slightly by market)
Training:
•First two months is a training period
•Training includes: classroom style training on products & services; ride out with senior reps

Direct Sales Representative (DSR)
Direct Sales Representative Duties and Responsibilities:
•Through door-to-door canvassing efforts make a minimum of 120 presentations monthly.
•Prepare and execute subscriber sales application, arranging for installation dates, collecting and remitting revenues as prescribed.
•Upgrade and improve sales presentation, knowledge of products, services and rates and attend sales meetings as required.
•Systematically review assigned territory to insure dwelling units are contacted on a prescribed, periodic basis.
•Maintain required record keeping and reporting of all sales and service activities.
•Perform other duties as assigned.
