Direct Sales Representative (DSR)
Locations:

Compensation & Perks:
• Positions: Winback, Sweep, MPR: 23-28K Base Salary + Commission; Total Comp=60-80K(sales goals can be exceeded since there is no cap on commission)

Work schedule/hours:
• Work a five day work week(Monday-Friday); 2:30pm – 8:30pm

Training:
• First two months is a training period
• Training includes: classroom style training on products & services; ride out with senior reps

Direct Sales Representative (DSR)


Direct Sales Representative Duties and Responsibilities:
• Through door-to-door canvassing efforts make a minimum of 120 presentations monthly.

• Prepare and execute subscriber sales application, arranging for installation dates, collecting and remitting revenues as prescribed.

• Upgrade and improve sales presentation, knowledge of products, services and rates and attend sales meetings as required.

• Systematically review assigned territory to insure dwelling units are contacted on a prescribed, periodic basis.

• Maintain required record keeping and reporting of all sales and service activities.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
