Description: We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented professional to be an Assistant Property Manager for an ever growing real estate company in West Campus. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a team player, go getter attitude and a willingness to get the job done. A minimum of 2 years experience in the property management or multifamily housing industry is a must and student housing experience is a HUGE plus.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook & Excel is required. Accounting skills are a plus. The ability to maintain confidentiality, work well independently, handle multiple projects and prioritize workflow is also essential. Must exhibit high customer service and communication at all times.
Job requirements include filing, answering phones, maintaining files, processing applications, entering work orders, walking move outs, processing deposit returns, and posting funds. Experience with Spectra a plus.
This is a 32 hour per week position that includes employer paid health insurance.
