Looking for a Roommate:

Why? Our current roommate is moving to Hawaii, and we'd like to find another female roommate/friend to take the room :)

Description: **Close to ASU, Gateway College, Freeways, and Downtown**

*The House*: We are looking for a 3rd lady to join us in our 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath house. Our home is tucked away in a classy gated community with a pool/spa/lounge area close by. We live in a spacious two-story (2,000 sq ft) with two-car garage and grassy backyard with hammock, grill, and patio set. We’ve invested in beautiful furniture and fully furnished the entire house (minus 3rd bedroom), and plan to use the 4th bedroom as a joint office and guest room. Every room is hooked up to digital cable, has a great closet, ceiling fan, and close to laundry room. The house is located on the east end of the Baseline Cooridor and centrally located: 3 minutes (timed it!) from the I-10 and US-60, less than ten minutes from ASU, Sky Harbor, close to shopping areas, bike/hiking trails, and the Raven and Legacy golf courses. Utilities will be split equally between us and are expected to be about $75 a month.

*The Household*: My name is Kate, and I’m an ASU graduate currently working in the non-profit and legal field. My roommate, Jordan, is also an ASU grad working in the public health sector. Although busy, we’re both laid back and easy to be around, ambitious, clever and funny (well, at least we laugh at each other!). Jordan and I met on a Roommates.com a couple years ago, and we look forward to finding a 3rd roommate that will become a friend, as well! There is also a small Yorkshire terrier (2.5 lbs but far from prissy) in the house, and an African Grey parrot who loves to have a conversation but stays in her cage.

**Roommate wanted**: Our new roommate should be caring and easy to communicate with, motivated, and mature. Someone who is smoke-free, in their 20s, and is employed or attending school is preferred. We’re hoping to find someone who will commit to stay with us through July of next year, however that’s flexible. Sorry, no additional dogs or cats are permitted on our lease.
