Description:	Hello! We are looking for a roommate from December until June, dates flexible, furnishing optional. The townhome is 3bd/2.5ba, two-car garage, spacious backyard, two stories. There's a fireplace, full kitchen, living room, dining room, and the unit is equipped with washer/dryer. Two bedrooms upstairs (yours, and another) share a full bathroom with plenty of sink/counter space, and there are three parking spots total as well as convenient street parking (3-min walk away). We are located directly across from Regents Parking Lot of the UCSD campus, (three minute walk from Regents shuttle) between the Genesee I-5 exit and the 805. Roommates would include two females and a cat. We're quiet, respectful, people looking for the same- we're science majors, busy, rarely home but very friendly :) Guys/girls both welcome to apply. yes!! And Annie- it might extend beyond June, talk to Christina- if she wants to extend the lease here, it would be cool to keep it as a PhiRho house!! :)

Ok... so here's the thing. If the room is big enough, it might be both Daniel and me moving into the room, both paying rent and utilities. Would the price be the same or a bit higher for 2 tenants? o.o
