Looking for a Roommate:

$925/mo Luxury Condo 1br/1bth in Kendall; USAF Lt lives in other room for $925.

Why? I am moving out of my current room, and need someone to take over my lease until June 2010. It is by far one of the NICEST places in Miami near UM (Downtown Dadeland is the complex). Other tenant is an Air Force Officer, keeps to himself and is very clean. All utilities are included in rent except for lighting, so that would be split 1/2 with other tenant (~70-80). Room will most likely have a full-size mattress on frame, or it can be removed if you do not need it. Living area has a leather 3-seater couch and Huge TV. Great place to live!!!
