**HOUSEMATES** There are four girls living in the property, currently searching for a fifth housemate. All girls are in their second year of studying at Cardiff University and are all friendly, approachable and up for a laugh.

**THE HOUSE** This two storey house has five bedrooms and two bathrooms. The ground floor consists of two bedrooms, a kitchen, a spacious bathroom/shower room and a living area with small dining table and chairs. The first floor has three bedrooms and a central bathroom which has a shower, bath and toilet.

**THE ROOM** The available room is located on the first floor. It is a spacious double bedroom which includes a double bed, a desk, chair, wardrobe, chest of drawers and book shelf.
