Description: I need someone to sublet. This is a house apartment that is about 2 blocks from campus (tate st. side) on South Mendenhall St. Big room, a lot of privacy, the bedroom up for subletting has a back porch to itself and access to the back yard (no one else in house has this). My room mate is staying. The lease goes through July. It is $375/month which includes water. Utilities are internet, energy, and gas. It averages ~ $435/month. My room mate (female) will still be living there. She is easy to get along with a quite jovial. There is a background check that our landlords make. If you are interested please call 704-608-9849.
