Description: First a bit about who you'd be living with....
I'm 26 and originally from Liverpool. I'm a technical consultant working for a Chester based IT Services company. I am pretty easy going, clean and tidy, and I enjoy cooking. I am pretty active and up for a laugh. I enjoy eating out and going out to bars and relaxing.
The room available is a double with sole use of the Master bathroom, as I have an en-suite. The bedroom is really nice, quite spacey, and also has its own balcony. The apartment itself is modern and fully furnished, so you wont need to buy any furniture for your room.
My current flatmate has accepted a job that is going to require him to move away, therefore I need to fill the room before I drive myself up the wall.
The current status of the room is that he is looking for a new place, and will move on or before December 5th.
If my flatmate finds a new place before the end of the notice period he has agreed that somebody could move straight in and simply pay him the remainder of that month.
The apartment is a duplex, meaning it is across two floors, and also has a balcony off the lounge.
It really has to be seen to be appreciated.
Subject to referencing and security deposit via estate agent.
