(I'm graduating this December! woo!) - You will take over my current 9-month flexible lease ending on May 15th, 2010. (You have the option to extend lease 3 more months until August 15th.) - Rent is $300/month (through Wilson Property Mgmt.. Rent is due on the 1st of every month.) (This does not including utilities.. the total averages about $40-50 extra for Time Warner cable/internet and power each month. Cable/power utilities are managed by one of the roommates. Water is paid by our landlord!) - Wilson Property Mgmt requires a one-time $50 sublease application fee before able to take over my lease. (The form says $45, but the ladies in the office said that subleasing applicants are $50.) (Once you are approved.. you are eligible to sign subleasing form. We will schedule a time to meet together at the Lake Park office where you will pay me $300 for the refundable security deposit that I had paid to Wilson Property Mgmt when I initially signed this lease. You will receive your $300 refundable security deposit back at the end of your lease.) ...Please read carefully of ALL the above terms before contacting me. This is my 2nd year living in the Lake Park property, and i bet you won't find a cheaper place to live as nice as this that's listed on Craigslist. It was pure luck for me finding this apartment, the conditions & location is perfect. My roommates are great too. It's not a huge townhouse, but this place is perfect for students who are either full-time with school & work and constantly on the go. This is so much better than sharing a room with a roommate in the dorms.. haha. What more can you ask? Oh yeah... lease ends right after spring sememster! ..or through the summer if you want. :) ----- * The Apartment: Located at 1420 Collegiate Circle, Raleigh, NC (building next to Lake Park office) * Top floor unit! * 4 bed/4bath * Full kitchen (dishwasher, oven/stove, microwave, fridge & lots of cabinets) * Large living room (with roommate's big flatscreen tv for everyone's use) * Plush new carpeting! * Washer & Dryer * Air conditioning (heat & cold) * Time Warner cable & secured wireless internet * Locked mail box * New vacuum cleaner left for our use from landlord * Covered balcony with great serene view of the woods (perfect place to relax when it's raining..) * Outside storage closet (next to balcony) * You will share apartment with 3 great roommates! (Males: 23, 25 & 22 year old.. they're quiet, respectful, working students. I've lived with 2 of them at a different Lake Park apartment prior to this lease. Great guys.. great friends.) * Sorry.. no dogs or cats! * Bedroom to Sublease: Unfurnished (we have a spare single mattress available to use) * Carpeted room * Ceiling fan * Personal bathroom!!! * Walk-in closet (with installed shelf compartments and hanging rods) * Cable outlet (outlet is activated for TV!) * Strong wireless internet signal (Time Warner Turbo internet!) * Large window (room next to balcony facing woods.. I have my desk facing window.. perfect view while doing homework!) * My desk and TV is available to purchase from me. * Lake Park Condos' Amenities: Lots of parking! (I have a parking permit available for you..) * Shuttle to campus is available * Pool, volley ball court & basketball court * Nearby garbage & recycling bins * Located right across from Lake Johnson (perfect for running, jogging, fishing, etc..) -------- [[Serious inquiries only........]] I prefer you, in consideration to my roommates, to be a student (NCSU, Wake Tech, etc..) in their 20's with a STABLE JOB! (No one on welfare, social security, or what not.. because you'll be paying Wilson Property Mgmt.. and if you fail to pay on time, they can evict you.) If you're highly interested.. please reply to this ad ASAP.. and we can set up a time for you to tour the apartment & my room (and hopefully my roommates if they're home)! Nothing is finalized until you fill out the necessary paperwork & pay me for the refundable security deposit.. Thanks for looking!! :) |
