Description: I'm subleasing my College Towers (www.kentapartments.com) studio apartment. $320.00 includes all utilities! The building has a pool, gym, computer lab etc and you can walk to campus, parking would be closer to campus than a lot of the freshman/sophomore lots. I cleaned the apartment myself so I know its spotless. I've already paid the month of November and the security deposit so you could move in for no $. The lease is until June 1st so you could move out once the semester is over without having to pay for a short term lease!

its on the 4th floor, there are two elevators you can use though, the lease ends at the end of May, out by June 1st yes!
