Description: Our Client, a Chemical Company located inside the perimeter in North Atlanta is seeking a Front Desk Administrative Accounting Assistant.

Administrative Duties:
-Answer Phones
-Handle/Sort/Process Incoming Mail
-Process Outgoing Mail (folding and stuffing invoices)
-Prepare UPS Shipments
-File Tax Exempt Certs
-Prepare and Send Out W-9 Requests
-Prepare and Deposit Checks Received
-Scan and Attach Customer Information Changes Into System

A/P - File Freight Claims, Process and Enter Freight Bills, Enter all Distributor A/P Invoices
A/R - Process Warehouse Packet, Attach Customer Invoices to Bill of Landings, Enter Commission Orders Not in System, Apply Commissions to invoices.

Marketing - Upload Quotes in Database, Send New Customers Thank You Cards and Packets, Prepare Mailings,

Ideal candidate will possess intermediate accounting experience through a degree or working experience. This is not a receptionist position. Accounting is the main part of this position. Candidate should be intelligent and able to be flexible and possess a go with the flow attitude. There is excellent room for growth, excellent benefits and yearly bonuses.
