Description: Position Summary:
-Lead a team that delivers fast, fun and friendly service to our guests
-Research out-of-stock products
-Keep sales floor and back room clean and organized
-Respond quickly to guest and Team Member needs, questions or issues
-Evaluate performance, giving frequent feedback, write and conduct performance reviews, recommend and administer counseling and corrective action
-Provide coaching, recognition and frequent feedback to improve team member and specialist performance; recognize team for service accomplishments
-Help to select, hire and retain high-caliber team members to achieve service and presentation goals
-Ensure both regular and sale merchandise is pulled and stocked
-Ensure ads and sales planners are set on time and maintained

Position Requirements:
-High school graduate or equivalent minimum, BS/BA degree preferred
-Ability to read instructions and reports, then enter information into computer
-Deliver fast, fun and friendly service to our guests
-Monitor product inventory to ensure freshness
-Provide accurate information to every guest
-Preferred- previous retail experience

Leadership:
-Friendly, upbeat, Team Player attitude
-Ability to multi-task on a regular basis
-Ability to delegate responsibility effectively
-Ability to give clear oral directions to others
-Excel in a fast-paced environment
-Use a high level of leadership to get the job done
-Ability to challenge team member to ensure that every team member contributes
