Description: What do you think about Jesus?
Hello. My name is Michelle Allen, and I am a born again believer and follower of Jesus Christ. I work as a Nanny, and the family that I work for is moving to Spain for 6-9 months starting in January of 2010. I have a great living space (on the top floor of an old Victorian House) in Ballard that is a one bedroom/studio with its own kitchen, bathroom, and entrance, and I would really like to live in it again when I come back home. Therefore, I need a sublet. The rent is $750/month, and the utilities are typically another $50-$100/month. It is in a great location (4 blocks behind downtown Ballard), and conveniently located near many King County Metro Bus Lines. I am willing to contribute $50/month for Rent if you are willing to take care of my 12 year old female cat that lives with me. Her name is Crystal and I have had her for almost all of her life. She is very shy, and wouldn’t need much attention. I also have a beta fish, and he would take minimal care as well. My place is fully furnished, but I would be willing to store my furnishings elsewhere if you have furnishings of your own. I will be in Spain from January to August/September, and will need someone to move in at the beginning of January. A huge advantage of subleasing my place would be that you will not have to pay first/last months rent and deposit, since I already have. Basically, I need someone who is trustworthy, will respect my home, and take care of my cat and fish until I get back.
Lastly, this is not required…but if you could please include your testimony of your walk with Christ, I would greatly appreciate it. My testimony is as follows: I grew up in a home where one parent was a believer in God and Jesus, and the other parent was agnostic. There was some contention over religion all throughout my childhood. Until about a year ago, I believed in God and Christ and attended church…but that was the extent of my faith. About a year ago, God called me out of my life of habitual sin. This summer, I gave my life to Christ and decided to start actually serving him. I now attend a house church on Sundays, and go street preaching with them most Saturdays. I am learning what it means to really serve God and live in holiness, and I am letting him grow me in my faith for the first time in my life. I am truly grateful for what I have been saved from. I’d be happy to go into further detail in person.
Thank-you for taking the time to read this posting. I am looking forward to hearing from you. Please either email me at michelle.j.allen@gmail.com, or call me at (425) 463-9973. I am praying that God supplies what we both need in this situation. God Bless.

I was able to get ECS started again :) I wasn't informed about moving to Spain until after I was making the finals preperations to get ECS started. Therefore, hopefully someone will step up and take charge of ECS while I am gone, or I can resume ECS after I get back in September of next year :) So ECS would go on hiatus yet again, which is sad...but there is not a whole lot I can do about it.
