Description: I have a room available in a North End apartment. The apartment is 1300 square feet, on two stories on the first floor/basement. 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms.
Upstairs there is one bedroom, a small bathroom, and the spacious kitchen/living area. Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms (one available) and a shared bathroom, as well as another living area.
The common areas are fully furnished. You will have to provide furniture for your own room but there is a built-in desk, built-in shelves, and a closet.
Utilities are not included but don't amount to more than $150/month (cable/internet, electricity, and gas). There are two washers and dryers in the building (quarters-operated).
We are two juniors (20 and 21) looking for a third roommate. Someone who likes to cook and hang out with friends, and is clean. Not too rowdy but open to having people over for dinner or games, the occasional gathering to blow off steam on weekends.
T accessible (Green line, Orange line), within walking distance of downtown Boston, Faneuil Hall, Downtown Crossing. Plenty of great restaurants in the neighborhood, including great gelato and pastries.
Available around December/January.

should also mention that this apartment in 1300 square feet, which is huge for North End. It also has a REAL common roof deck overlooking the Charles River, and a patio :) Walking distance to best restaurants in town, great bars, whole foods, and Mass General (never know... might come in handy ;) You can also easily walk to Emerson. Not to mention, one roommate is French and the other one is a great cook, which makes for a festive atmosphere, lots of cookies, and spontaneous dance parties. Kimberley has a good DVD collection too.
