Description: 4 bedroom house located in the Camelot Subdivision (507 excaliber court, across the street from talons lake, landings, and burkhalter plantation) 2 bedrooms are currently open, and I'm looking to sublease mine. Rent is 350 mth, and utilities are divided by everyone living in the house. Commons area is furnished.

what are the roommates like? is this pet friendly? is the bedroom big enough to fit a bed and a couch in it?

Griffin and katie are my roommates, they share a room, both are pretty chill, It doesn't really get very loud over here, were in the middle of everything but never had a problem with anything, and the house stays pretty clean, and yes its pet friendly. the room i'm subleasing would probably be big enough for a bed and a couch, depending on how big both are, I have a queen size bed with large frame, and a large computer desk, guitar amp, and a lot of other miscellaneous things and still a good bit of room.
