We have 2 rooms coming available this month in a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home before the end of November.

I am offering $200 off the first month's rent for the bedroom on the main floor, because I need to break my lease early and am trying to find a roommate asap!

A little about your roommate: she's very active leading boot camps, helping seniors stay active, and generally biking around Seattle. Positive, sweet, respectful and fun person. Looking for 2 female roommates (ages 24-35-ish) who are similarly kind and respectful, and have a reliable income. Would love to find people who occasionally like to cook dinner together, watch movies, and head outdoors.

A little about the rooms: rent for each room is $667 + utilities
1) room on the main floor – wood floors, built in shelving, high ceilings, well laid out closet, and your own bathroom. PLUS you get $200 off first month's rent!!!

2) upstairs room – carpeted, territorial view, walk in closet, space for a desk/dresser/etc, extra storage in an alcove above, shared bathroom with roommate

About the area:
2-3 blocks from Greenlake and Phinney, near restaurants, shops, and the zoo. Easy access to 99, I-5, buses. This is a great place to be if you are interested in biking/walking/running, need easy transportation to work in Seattle, and/or are looking for a charming, mostly furnished, fun home to live in.

There are currently 3 of us in the house, and only 1 will be staying in the house, but she’s loved living in the house for 2-3 years with different roommates. The other 2 are moving to different places - 1 moving in with her mom, and the other is moving into a family rental house to do some remodeling.
