Description: Hi I have 1 bedroom available in a 5 bedroom house w/ shared bath for $345. Very quite household. The house is located in the Creek Haven Subdivision. We are close to 281/Stone Oak Parkway/bulverde rd. The room itself is large enough for a Queen bed, and other furniture. Cable TV(HBO/Showtime w/ $10 montly cable box fee) /(Fiber Optic)wireless internet in every room. There is water softner installed, on site laundry/storage available; kitchen privilege. All Bills paid includes cable, phone, wireless internet, electricity, and water.

First Month rent and Security Deposit of $200 is due on move in.
