It is a quick walk to three different bus lines to the U District, Northgate, Sand Point, Freemont and Downtown. Amenities include: Heated floors in the bathroom, hardwood flooring on the main floor, two working fireplaces, modern kitchen appliances including a gas range and oven, a large backyard, and a den, and exercise area. There is plenty of street parking and a garage for bikes. The Burke-Gillman is just down the hill, and it is a quick ride to the UW, Freemont, Ballard, Downtown, and Magnuson Park.
