Renting:

HUGE 1 bedroom apt- $970/mo including all utilities but electric for $970.

Why? Moving out of state in January and need to rent my 1 bedroom.
Price: $970
Category: Housing : For Rent - Apartments
Posted: in Hamden, CT
Bedrooms: 1 BR
Bathrooms: 1 BA
Description: This a HUGE 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment. It is 875 sq feet!!! The bedroom and living room are both enormous (the pictures don't even do them justice- there is also an area for a dining table between the living room and kitchen not pictured) with tons of closet space both in the bedroom and halls-including a walk-in hall closet.
Rent includes heat, hot water, gas, central AC. All you pay is electric...so that means no huge heating bills in the winter and no huge electric bills from AC in the summer! The oven is gas, as well.
Large balcony with beautiful view of Sleeping Giant state park.
Kitchen has dishwasher, fridge, and garbage disposal.
Free offstreet parking with 1 assigned spot and plenty of space for additional cars and guests.
On-site laundry room and maintenance staff.
Minutes from Quinnipiac, Yale, downtown New Haven, Sleeping Giant, lots and lots of shopping!
The apartment would be available for a January 1 move-in date. The renter would be signing a new lease under his/her name. I would be willing to push up move-in date as early as December 20 at no cost to you (2 weeks free rent for you!!) and could include some furniture, as well. I am open to other incentives, as well, since it is very important me to get this awesome apartment rented before I move!!
I honestly wish I could stay here-it is such a great apartment- but I am a law student and will be spending next semester in California. Please contact me with any questions.

Looks great, what is needed to move in? Security? 1st month?

A Facebook user commentedat 08:45 AM on November 4, 2009

Yes- it is 1 1/2 month security deposit + first months rent.

Looks very nice! I going to Quinnipiac for just one more semester, Jan 17th - the middle of May. Would you lease it for 4months?

A Facebook user commentedat 07:33 AM on November 23, 2009

Sorry, it is not up to me. The complex's standard lease is 1 year with shorter term leases generally available. However, my lease ends July 31 so they would not likely rent any shorter than that.
