it is on 17th and G street on the north side of G street. 1660 G Street, they just repainted the outside of the building as well.

Megan, Can you tell me why it is available and the square footage? Is there parking available? I might be interested in a showing. How long is the lease?

Hi Keith. The apartment is available because I am moving out of state and my other roomate (ex-bf) is moving closer to school. It is I believe about 600 sq. ft. and there is off street parking for free. or covered spots which we use and pay $15 a month and don't have to scrape our windows which is nice. Or there is a garage for I think $25 a month. It's an awesome apt. that was recently remodeled last year and it also has an elevator in the building which is nice. Let me know if you would like to come see it anytime!

Oh and the lease is only until the end of May and then you would have the choice of starting a new lease or moving somewhere else!
