Description: Our downtown client, a centre of excellence, is seeking a professional personable individual for their busy environment. You will provide administrative support to the Director and other staff members on multiple projects.
Streamlining calls to proper departments and providing appropriate information is key. Experience with preparing/formatting proposals and writing professional letters would be required. With their new system, you must be technically savvy and love working with databases. Learning new programs will be easy for you !
You will have excellent communication and organizational skills, strong multi-tasker, have good work ethic, takes initiative and able to handle multiple priorities.
You will have at least 3 years experience working as an administrative assistant. Proficiency in MS Office Suite a must and Raisers Edge experience would be a definite asset. Fundraising background a benefit !
