Description: I am studying abroad in the spring and am looking for someone to take over my room. Its a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment. I am subleasing the master-bedroom so it has its own bathroom as well as a spacious walk in closet. The room is very large and spacious and comes fully furnished.

Utilities are split 50/50 with my roommate (who is very nice and accommodating). The utilities include water, electricity and internet and is roughly $100.

Location wise, it is a very short walk to campus (on the corner of 24th Street and Leon St., 7 or 8 minutes from campus) and it comes with one parking spot conveniently located just outside the gate.
