I am looking for a subletter to take over my lease for Dec-May (Winter and Spring Quarters). I am leaving for a 6-month temp job in Florida.
The apartment is in Park Point, just off of the RIT campus. There are buses that run to and from campus every 15 minutes. The rent is $670/month, lower than the normal $749/month my roommates are paying. It is a 2nd floor apartment, fully furnished, and rent includes all utilites (including central air!). The rent is paid for through the end of November. The room will be empty no later than November 22nd for you to move in.
