Description: I recently moved back into my house and I am looking for a roommate. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay off the beaten path, you are in luck. The house is several years old, 1700 sq. ft. and 3br/2ba. The bedroom will be furnished. As I am only looking to rent out one room, you will have your own bathroom. I'm usually a pretty easy going guy. Based on how little time I spend at home, I think I would make a good roommate. Also, you would be responsible for 1/2 the utilities. About me: - 29 y/o single male - Professional working on ship channel - No pets - Social drinker - I'm a pretty easy going guy. I don't have visitors that often. That doesn't mean I'm anti-social or weird or anything, I just usually go elsewhere to hang out.
