An additional $50 for one parking spot is available, as well. The room will be available from 12/13/09 - 6/11/10, which is ideal for students currently studying abroad and looking for somewhere to live for the Winter 2010 and Spring 2010 quarters. However, anyone looking to sublet during this time frame is welcome! In addition, a free and VERY convenient shuttle just 1.5 blocks away from the apartment is available to bring you to the UCLA campus (a 5 min ride)! 2 washers, 2 dryers on each floor of the building. The apartment is CLEAN and SPACIOUS!
