Looking for a Roommate:

Roommate needed for fall 2010 and/or spring 2011 for $540.

Why? I'm currently a senior and I'm planning to stay for a 1-yr masters of engineering, but my friend (and apartment-mate) is graduating and taking off! I love my apartment, but I need someone else to share it with.

Description: The 2BR apartment is located on E. Seneca St. (near Stewart Ave) at the top of a house with 5 other apartments in it. So far it's been very quiet.

- Fully furnished (Bedroom has full-size bed, desk, chair, dresser)
- Kitchen with all appliances (gas stove) - landlord is planning to install a brand NEW kitchen over winter break this year, so it will be totally new when you move in.
- Wood floors in common area, carpeting in bedrooms
- Huge bookcase across wall in common area and wrapping around to the adjacent wall (I still need help filling it up with books!)
- Interesting ceiling architecture in living room - makes it feel kind of like a cottage/cabin.
- Piano (may need to be tuned...)
- Bedroom has two closets (one short and one tall)
- Huge attic to store extra stuff

About me!
Like I said, I'm a senior in biological and environmental engineering at Cornell, planning to stay for my MEng next year. I like to study at home, so I'm looking for someone who's relatively quiet. I love hanging out outside (kayaking, canoeing, camping, hiking, backpacking, running, skiing, etc), cooking, and reading. I'd like an apartment-mate who's clean (I am too).
