Description: Hey everyone!
As some of you know I will be moving to London in January for an internship program. I just got the approval from my landlord today that I can sublease my apartment at Concord Place. Obviously I would rather not have to pay rent when I'm not living here so if you are interested in subleasing or know someone who is please let me know! It's a super nice apartment! We have air conditioning, garbage disposal, dishwasher, new appliances, laundry and trash down the hall, underground parking, free internet, and a balcony! This is a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment so you would have your own bedroom and bathroom. My bathroom is huge and my bedroom is pretty big as well. We have a ton of storage space too! My roommate is a lot of fun and super nice. She's also hardly ever here so it would be pretty much be like having the place to yourself. We also have DirecTV which I intend to finish paying the bills for so you wouldn't have to worry about that. I would be willing to negotiate the price if necessary. If you are at all interested or know of anyone who would be please let me know asap!

i pay $399.50 per month plus about $30 for utilities

I am definitely willing to negotiate the price though and pay a rather large chunk of the monthly rent.
