Hi, Im anew grad student at Temple U, I might be interested in the apartment. My questions is when other people move out do I have to pay their portion of the rent? Also, how far a commute is it to Temple Main campus? Is your roomates or the neighborhood typically loud? Lastly, Is the neighborhood typically safe? Thanks Tim

Hey, the two other roommates are very quiet and considerate; actually none of us have even used the living room, so you'd be welcome to take over that area as well. Both of them will be there until August, so you will only ever need to deal with your portion of the rent. The neighborhood is right off of susquehanna street, which is adjacent to Temple's campus; to the opposite end of campus it is no more than a 15 minute walk. Neighbors are very nice, as far as I know it is very quiet but the position of the bedroom you would be in blocks most outdoor noise; road construction is barely noticeable. There haven't been any issues on this block since I've moved in, the only thing is you'll see is a couple stray cats.

yes, i can make that happen. I'll most likely be moving my things out on Dec 9th, and driving up separately for exams.
