Looking for a Roommate:

Need 1 or 2 Roommates @ 324 Welch for Spring '10 for $395.

Why? I will be student teaching in the Spring semester and will not be living in Ames. One of my roommates is also moving so there are 2 rooms available for sublease. It's a four bedroom/2 bath apartment and you would be living with awesome girls. Rent is $395/month plus utilities. This is a great price for the location. It's one block from the bars and 2 blocks to campus. The bus stop is right outside the building and you have the option of parking right outside your door. I would prefer someone who could sublease from January-July; but January-May would be fine also. Email or call if you have any questions!! :)

The apartment is on the ground floor. 4 bedroom/2 bath. Hardwood kitchen floor. The room for sublease is on the 2nd floor of the apartment, the first room when you walk upstairs. Big closet. View from the windows faces Knapp. Great location & comes with fun, kind, & clean roomies!
