| Description: | I need someone to take over my lease for the Spring semester at the Grove. Rent is 445 a month and that is including utilities. My current roomates are girls, they are very easygoing and keep things clean. The lease would end at the end of July 2010.You would only have to pay Jan. through June rent because July is already payed for. |
