Easy access to Brigham Circle shops and restaurants (Fridays, Stop and Shop, The Mission, Squealing Pig) as well as Northeastern, Wentworth, and Wheelock. Very convenient if you work at Children's Hospital, Brigham and Women's or Beth Israel.

Coin op laundry in basement, 2nd floor apartment, 3 rooms, spacious living area fits bed and full sized futon very nicely in addition to 2 dressers and bookshelf. Heat and hot water are included in the rent as is cooking gas. Great management company, young professionals in building.
