Local Carpet Cleaning Company seeks experienced Office Assistant to handle general secretarial/receptionist duties.
This full-time position requires a dependable person with uncompromising integrity, strong attention to detail, warm customer service manner, and the ability to work in a small office environment.
Responsibilities include:
•Answering phones
•Dispatching jobs to technicians
•Scheduling & confirming appointments
•Data entry
•Sending marketing materials
•Follow up/Quality Check calls
•Various administrative support duties
The ideal candidate will possess:
•Professional phone skills
•Superior organizational skills
•Decision-making ability
•Proficiency with MS word software
•Experience with QuickBooks, a plus
