Description: 1/1 avaliable in a 2/2 townhome in Timber Wood Townhomes located off of white dr and tenn. st. The place is fully furnished except for the bedroom and pet friendly (sorry no cats though). The place comes with a one car garage and no towing! There is also a garnet and city bus stop across the street. You would have the first floor bedroom and bathroom. The top floor is the living room, kitchen, deck and laundry. So your area is very private. The rent is 497.50 plus utlities and cable/internet but the place is very nice and a fairly quiet complex. Ideally I am looking for a female student 20 or older. I am going into my senior year at fsu and over the whole all night party scene so please only serious students! Also the sublet is until July 31st so no short term leasing available sorry!
