Description: This is a beautiful 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment located in The Piedmont at Ivy Meadow. It is close to everything in the University area. The complex is great! There is a gorgeous pool, a fitness center, movie theater, and the clubhouse is a great place to hang out with a kitchen, pub tables, shuffle board and pool table! There is also a fenced in dog park so you can get your furry friend off his leash to play!
My apartment is on the second floor of building 14. It comes with all appliances including a microwave and full sized washer and dryer! There is a built in desk and bookshelves in the living room, separate dining area, a garden tub in the bathroom and a huge balcony!
The best part of this deal is that if you lease my apartment by October 31, I will pay your November rent, saving you $620! The complex does not allow subletting, so the lease will be in your name for whatever term works best for you. They may have specials going on that I don't know about. If they do, my offer of 1 month's rent will be on top of those specials.
