I'm moving out of mine in december to cedar falls. I would give you the as is and take my deposit. it's college park by kirkwood campus. only $325 a month and i have one roommate whice i rarely see anyways. let me know. january works for me as well

I have an apartment in North Liberty. It's about 20 minutes from Cedar Rapids, but a little closer than Iowa City.

I have an apartment downtown Iowa City. I had an internship in CR last summer, and the drive isn't bad at all. The rent is $350 (or negotiable) and I'll throw in my parking spot for free. Let me know if your'e interested and I'll send you pictures.
