Why? I have a room for rent in a 3 bed, 2.5 bath house. I am a 24 year old female graduate student looking for a student or professional in their twenties that doesn't mind a quieter environment, but also enjoys social gatherings. I currently have one other roommate in the house, who is a responsible professional in her twenties. The roommate being replaced is moving out to live with family.
