Description: I graduated this summer, so I need to move to be closer to my job. I am looking for someone to lease my room in a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom house. Rent is $300 a month plus 1/3 of the utilities. The landlord does require a $300.00 deposit and if having pets, a $250.00 pet deposit, but I could probably work with you on this if it will be a problem for you.Located about 5 minutes from campus. Right now you would have one male roommate and not sure about the other one yet. The house is located in the Gumtree subdivision off of College Hill Road. Email me for more information or a viewing.
